DISCUSSION: What's your favourite board game from your childhood, and why?
Do not pass go, do not collect $200.
This NPR segment got me thinking about many days and evenings around the dining room table (or in the panelled rec room), playing board games. Monopoly was a family favourite, along with Clue, Risk and the requisite card games that got downright competitive sometimes (hello, Crazy Eights!).
Agreed, some games from the way back when were better than others. And some just needed to…ah…just go away.
So the question this week is this:
What was your favourite board game from childhood and why?
